The tool is expensive. Many clients in Nigeria cannot afford the solution due to the exchange rate. If the vendor can create a pricing package that is flexible and suitable for our currency, it will be really helpful. The billing should consider local currency.
We do need to pay an annual subscription. My understanding is it is not too expensive. I'd rate the affordability four out of ten, with ten being expensive. There are no extra costs involved.
