We pay a yearly licensing fee. We also sometimes pay for things through their customer service team. If we want something built or if we want something that's outside the box, or if we develop scripts for us, then we'll pay. However, we don't have to do that. As far as I understand, licenses are associated with the Egnyte platform. There aren't any licenses associated with Egnyte Connect.
I don't deal with pricing, That's more a job for upper management. However, whatever the price, it has been worth the investment.
