We pay a yearly licensing fee. We also sometimes pay for things through their customer service team. If we want something built or if we want something that's outside the box, or if we develop scripts for us, then we'll pay. However, we don't have to do that. I'd rate it a three out of five in terms of affordability.

As far as I understand, licenses are associated with the Egnyte platform. There aren't any licenses associated with Egnyte Connect.
I don't deal with pricing, That's more a job for upper management. However, whatever the price, it has been worth the investment.
I do not have experience with the pricing of this solution.
