Before, when we were starting to use Egnyte, we were struggling with a lot of bugs with Egnyte desktop sync. However, with the latest iteration, we've been very happy with its capabilities.

If this solution had a better ability to search, that would be helpful. In addition, if there was an ability to collaborate, that would also be a benefit. At present, the vision control is had because if someone gets out of it, it locks. And, whoever saves last overrides everyone's work.

It would be nice to see an integration of using an active directory to validate and authenticate users on our end as well as on the client user's end.

With Egnyte Connect, you cannot delete a file when you have uploaded it in error, which needs improvement.
