HPE Primera is a little bit higher than Dell PowerStore. The price difference between HPE and Dell is not a big deal. HPE NVMe Storage was purchased for around 60,000 USD. HPE Primera costs around 80,000 USD. My company has purchased HPE Primera under a five-year contract, so we are at peace now since we don't have to pay anything more to HPE. The product is cost efficient in my opinion.
I rate the product's price a ten on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive. My company has to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs of the solution. In Serbia, every storage system comes with a license, which comes if my company places an order with HPE, especially for scenarios where my company wants support for applications after they expire, and the warranty charges are something my company must pay for such functionality. If my company faces some problems with any of our applications, we cannot contact support since we didn't pay for extended licenses for applications. Suppose a user opts for extended warranty and repair services offered by the product. In that case, I believe that there is a need to pay almost 20 percent more than the product's actual price, but I am not sure since I am not involved in the area related to the product's extended warranty. I know that the costs for the extended warranty of HPE 3PAR were not so much compared to the present time. Presently, the prices for HPE products have been so high for the last three years that you might buy a new storage with the same capacity from IBM at a lower price.

I rate the product price a seven on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive. There are no licensing or additional costs attached to the solution since everything is built in when it comes to HPE Primera.
The solution is paid for at the time of procurement. There is no ongoing licensing. I can't speak to the exact pricing as I don't deal with that aspect.
Because it has high availability, the cost is above average. The cost depends upon the sizing, and every customer has a different size. It is slightly above average in terms of cost compared to its competitors, but the value add was that they could know what their maintenance cost was going to be going forward. They knew what their renewal or expansion costs would be. There are no additional costs for this model. There are additional software components that provide additional analytics that HPE offers. It really comes down to whether or not the customer decides to purchase those or not. You can use it out of the box with the base pricing, but if you want advanced analytics and insights, you'll need to purchase additional software.

There is only a one-time license purchase needed and no additional costs. If HP could reduce the training cost, then that would be advantageous to the seller.

It is basically in the mid-range of the price. It is not cheaper than Hitachi, but it is cheaper than Pure Storage. There are no additional costs. Everything was taken care of in the price.

With HPE Primera there is no additional cost, but it depends what configuration we are talking about. If we are excluding support, it is very expensive. There is no showstopper for prices, just support or service. We are a Platinum Partner of HP Enterprise so we give quotes and configure HP Enterprise solutions. I don't know what happens in the US market, but in Georgia it is very expensive. It is expensive if compared with Dell Technology.

The tool is expensive. I can say that HPE Primera is one of the costliest tools in the market.
The solution’s pricing is affordable and worth the money.
The solution is cost-effective. I rate it an eight out of ten, with ten being excellent.

It’s a reasonable choice. When compared to other options, we've found it to be accessible and within our means.

The product is expensive. I rate the pricing an eight out of ten.
I would rate the pricing a six out of ten. It is okay pricing; it could be cheaper.

The price of the solution should be cheaper. I rate the price of HPE Primera a seven out of ten.
HPE Primera is less expensive than HPE Alletra.
The pricing is reasonable. It is GreenLake Services, and we pay monthly. Unfortunately, I cannot share details of our licensing costs.
The license for HPE Primera is all-inclusive.
I don't know the licensing cost of the product because we ordered all bundled licenses, so I don't have pricing information for them.

Price is always important in Turkey, so HPE could lower the price to keep it competitive.
HPE Primera service is cost-effective.
The price of HPE Primera could improve, it is expensive.
At the moment, I can't say much about the price except that it is reasonable.
There is only a one-time license purchase needed and no additional costs. If HP could reduce the training cost, then that would be advantageous to the seller.
We are under a perpetual license in terms of software.
I believe HPE Primera and Pure Storage are similar in price.
Licensing fees are billed on a yearly basis and the cost of GreenLake service is included. I don't mind these fees because the service is good.

The price to capacity ratio is good.
From what I see, this is competitively-priced and HPE are doing their best to stay competitive.
The price of this solution is good for medium-sized and large businesses.
