Regarding the pricing for Huntress Managed EDR, I think the pricing is very fair. We started off with a smaller amount of licenses, but we were able to add more, and definitely compared to other solutions, it is saving us a lot more money than if we had paid for another solution that included the EDR. It's useful that it's a per endpoint pricing model, and they're pretty flexible if you go up and down in endpoints, where you don't get immediately charged for going over temporarily, such as if you're rolling out a proof of concept machine or something.

Pricing is very competitive and we had a good experience with that. Setup cost is pretty low, it was really just a matter of putting their deployment scripts into our RMM and then creating an automation to make sure that it deployed across all endpoints. Now, it is just as simple as flipping a switch in our RMM and a client will get Huntress deployed and we will ensure that Huntress is deployed on all endpoints. Licensing was easy and straightforward as well; that is the account manager piece. All experiences have been good.
Pricing is fine. It's in line with other cybersecurity software that are available. SentinelOne is probably more expensive, so Huntress Managed EDR falls somewhere in the middle. We charge our clients fifteen dollars per endpoint, but it's anywhere between seven to fifteen dollars depending on what product we need. Pricing is really in line with what the current market is at.
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been very straightforward, as Huntress Managed EDR pricing is clear, the setup cost is transparent, and licensing is easy to understand.

There was no setup cost for Huntress Managed EDR. The price was reasonable, and a one-year agreement was signed which included a flat rate for each type of license for the number of assets needing protection.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing shows that pricing is competitive, the setup cost was minimal, and the licensing model is good, with the account manager that we have being very proactive in pushing us onto the greater discount tiers when available to us.
Regarding the pricing for Huntress Managed EDR, I was amazed when I heard the price; I thought it was going to be way more than what it is based on the quality.
It is very fair. I started at $2.50 and now I am at $3.50. When I signed up, I thought it was too cheap. It now reflects the price. It is very fair. I do not think you can find anything better. It is competitive pricing-wise. It is not too expensive or too cheap. It is just right. I do not know if they are going to raise it anytime soon because they keep adding things, but for now, the price point and what it does is what makes it so popular. I am in a group with other managed service providers like me, and we meet once a week. All of them use Huntress as well. It is very popular for companies like ours because it allows us to protect the clients more without breaking the bank. If you do not have a big budget, the pricing is still very practical.
The cost is somewhat high because I'm a small business owner with a limited user base. However, alternative solutions are similarly priced, so cost is not a significant factor when considering the Huntress product. I believe Huntress offers competitive pricing overall. While I wish I could leverage a more extensive client base for a better rate, our current pricing reflects our company's growth stage. Relocating from California to Montana led to client loss, and we are rebuilding our clientele. I anticipate the cost will decrease as we expand, but I find the current price acceptable.
Huntress Managed EDR offers a fair pricing model. While the initial cost was low and has since increased, it has stabilized at a reasonable rate. The introduction of Managed Defender allowed us to transition clients from Webroot to Huntress without a significant price difference. The savings from utilizing the included Windows Defender offset the cost of Huntress Managed EDR, making it an affordable solution overall.

The cost-effectiveness of Huntress is much better compared to BlackPoint. Although Huntress does not offer all the finer details that BlackPoint does, it remains much more competitive in pricing.
Huntress is an easy sell to clients because it does all the heavy lifting. Sometimes, they will buck a little at the price because they want a free antivirus or EDR. We tell them that we use Huntress on all our machines. That is our standard process for all the machines we roll out. When we give that advice, people are pretty willing to say okay.
We haven't had any problems with Huntress' pricing. We're at 250 workstations, and we've grown considerably this year. They've been able to handle everything that we've thrown at them within that time frame. They're also reducing the price based on how many endpoints we add.
The solution's pricing is fair. I like that Huntress monitors for units that are no longer checking in and automatically removes them so that you don't get billed. Huntress is 5% to 10% more expensive than other tools we've evaluated.
The pricing is a little bit high. However, I understand the service is better. They offer different plans according to tiers. If you have more devices, you get better pricing.
It's reasonably priced. The pricing is very competitive. From the point of view where small businesses cannot afford a full stack, Huntress provides a basic solution where your threats are taken care of with the awareness training that's attached. If you are looking for something very basic to put in place, it's very good value for money. I'd rate the pricing six out of ten. However, there are a whole lot of other factors that you need to look at when you purchase a solution. You need to look at not just the product. You need to look at the team behind the product. You need to look at effectiveness. You need to look at after-sales support, et cetera. In general, they are fairly inexpensive and very competitive. Even if they would bump up their prices a little bit, they are a decent solution to look at. They are worth the investment.

The solution is cheap compared to other alternatives. It offers good value for money. For the whole solution, it's up to about five pounds per device per month. Considering what it does, I think that's very good value.

The pricing model for Huntress is similar to competitors and is charged per endpoint. While they have raised prices over the years, they've also invested significantly in development, which justifies the cost. Additionally, the tool itself is valuable, and we've never complained about the pricing.
I rate the product's price a five or six on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive since it is a fairly priced product. There are no costs in addition to the standard licensing fees that I know about for the solution.

The tool’s price is very good. You just need to pay for the standard license. However, you need to pay the additional cost for Microsoft Defender.
Regarding the pricing of this solution, I would rate it a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being very expensive and 10 being a great price.
