The pricing for Infor LX is very expensive, around nine on a scale of one to ten. My clients pay significant amounts, with initial investments and yearly expenses reaching up to one million dollars.

Our last maintenance fee was around $15,000 a year for 33 current users. Although we have around 100 users in the system, there are about 30 users currently, maybe 40 using the system at the same time. That number will increase over the following months. It is worth the price because I get real value for my money. Each time I have an issue, it's resolved in a timely manner. Once I open a ticket, it takes no more than 15 or 30 minutes before I have someone working with me from Infor LX to resolve the issue. And that's critical in a production environment.
