Overall, regarding the pricing of Okta Platform, I think it is a little expensive. The biggest differences that come to mind are that, positively, Okta Platform is more user-friendly, but negatively, Okta Platform is way more expensive than a few other products in the market.

I would not say Okta Platform is a cost-effective solution. It is an enterprise-grade solution, so it is comparatively on the higher side in terms of cost. It is not as cheap as you may find with other single sign-on products.

Regarding my experience with the pricing aspect, I am not much into the pricing side of things, but I think Okta Platform is not an expensive company for the service they provide. We don't have Okta Workflows or Lifecycle Management due to cost, but the value we get from Okta Platform makes it a non-expensive expense for us.

Pricing for Okta Platform has proven to be straightforward, with no challenges encountered. As a fully SaaS solution, everything is pre-built and managed by Okta Platform. The costs come down to paying for subscriptions, professional services, and ongoing operations, specifically licensing workforce identity with SSO and adaptive MFA for all employees, along with add-ons towards Lifecycle Management for JML automation at scale, Advanced Server Access for Linux and Windows servers, and IGA for access certification indicating SOD. The pricing per-user list drops when user counts rise and with multi-year commitments.

Okta Customer Identity is considered cheaper compared to other tools in the market, such as IBM and CyberArk products. Further details on costs would require consultation with our sales team.
Okta Customer Identity is expensive compared to other solutions, but we believe the investment is justified given the rising cybersecurity threats. Despite the cost, it's cheaper than the potential financial loss from a security breach.
The pricing for Okta Customer Identity is very economical. It is much cheaper compared to Oracle Access Manager, and the company focuses on internal training to mitigate additional certification costs.

The pricing model for the Customer Identity product is based on Monthly Unique Users (MUI). The pricing itself is a bit more expensive than the other products in the market so far. Since I know the product is in full demand. But, again, the price texture, features, and everything suits well for small to medium, for sure. But, for larger organizations, it's more expensive than the other platforms. But, usually, licensing is a bit expensive.

Okta's pricing is right where it needs to be and right in the middle of the market. You can pay them extra for services for assistance in implementing certain applications. You can hire one of their engineers to work with you and ensure successful implementation. And that's something worth considering because they have expertise in their product and can get the job done more efficiently. It's worth paying for their services to ensure the solution is implemented successfully rather than struggling internally and failing to get it done.

Regarding costs, I think Okta Platform is more expensive compared to Cisco, but it is less expensive when compared with Oracle.
The pricing and licensing setup is typical, and since it follows a per-user, per-month subscription model, it is helpful.

The solution is really expensive. We are struggling a bit.

I'm unfamiliar with the licensing costs of Okta Customer Identity.
Okta Customer Identity is not an expensive solution.
I'm not involved in the procurement and I'm not maintaining it, therefore, I am not really sure about the cost.
This product is quite cheap on a per-user basis. We pay 23 pence (approximately $0.30 USD) per user, annually, for 150,000 users.
The price of the solution is fair for what it offers.
