The solution is quite reasonably priced for what it offers and offers a monthly subscription model. I don't own an actual technical support contract with Gurrock so I don't know what terms have been agreed. However, the cloud version is reasonably priced and can be scaled easily. The on-premise version obviously has an additional cost associated with standing up the infrastructure, support teams, OS/DB licensing costs, etc. It is also worth bearing in mind the overhead for upgrades and associated testing. My advice, go cloud.

The price of the solution is based on how many users you have per year. When you grow, it is segmented, For example, 10 to 25, you have a price, and more than 50, or 100, you need to take the enterprise license. I don't think we will reach this point.

We purchased a license for two years. The license is on an annual basis. We got a nice discount for the second year, around 10%, which is nice. It's priced annually and per user. It's a fee-based license. One thing that Gurock does not offer is a perpetual license. There is no option to buy the tool without having to make a recurring cost. It is fine for us. The annual license is not an issue.

The product is not much expensive. I rate the pricing a four or five out of ten. There are no additional costs associated with the tool.
I give the price a five out of ten. The price is midrange.

We are at this moment paying for a monthly payment plan.
It depends on the number of users. I think our price is something like $300 to $400 a year.
Its price is definitely not more. If they introduce automation, they can charge more.

After looking at other products, I'd say TestRail is pretty expensive. It's one of the reasons we're moving away from the solution.
