Which tool is integrated better with Jira - Micro Focus ALM Quality Center or TestRail by Gurock?

Hello community,

I work as the Principal Solutions Architect at a Tech Services Company.

Currently, I'm looking for a test management tool that integrates well with Jira (~50 users) and I'm considering Micro Focus ALM Quality Center and TestRail.

Which of these tools would you recommend?

ALM Octane integrates easily out of the box with Jira, 
additionally, once you DevSecOps users are onboard to Octane, 
they will realize Octane does more, so they can reduce their dependence on Jira. 
Several of my customers have come to this realization. 
Octane is an Enterprise solution, but Jira is not.
