We pay for an annual license. The Webex license was cheaper than others we evaluated at the time, but I'm not sure if that's true today. There were some additional costs associated with integrating Webex with our learning management system.
What are virtual meetings? Virtual meetings are real-time online interactions that make use of integrated audio and video, chat features, screen sharing, webinars, and application sharing.
Pricing is very competitive because it didn't change much since they were already in the market when other players came in.
I can't speak to the licensing cost. It's not an aspect of the solution I handle.
I would rate their pricing plan an eight, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best.
