A lot of people choose Zoho because it is priced very low compared to its competitors. Zoho Campaigns is cheaper compared to other products. However, the add-ons can get very expensive.

We are using the free version of Zoho Campaigns and thinking about whether to upgrade to the commercial edition. The price is competitive. Still, it's a little expensive for a startup.
Price-wise, the solution is expensive. Each user using the solution pays the same price on a monthly basis. So, if you are using Zoho Campaigns as one parcel, it is okay. But then, if you have a large number of users doing different tasks, it will be very expensive because you have to pay for each person using the solution on a monthly basis, making it expensive.

We have an enterprise license for this because we use Zoho for lots of things. We have HR and a bunch of other things. We probably don't pay individually for marketing or sales, and it's all in the overall license that we have.
With Zoho Campaigns, you can create, send and track effective email campaigns that help you build lasting relationships with your customers. Email deliverability is our highest priority and we make sure that our software delivers your emails straight to your recipients' inboxes. Zoho Campaigns gives you a multi-user account. You can maintain a single account for your entire marketing team.

Since the product is part of a bundle, it is definitely very cost-efficient.

We only use a small Zoho package. We don't have an extensive license. The cost is less expensive than, for example, Gmail. It's very competitive.
