When we use Zoho Campaigns, our emails often get routed to the spam or promotion module instead of the inbox. For example, people who use Gmail to receive our newsletter will often miss it because it was sent to their promotion module or folder. Many of our clients aren't seeing our work. We compared it to another solution, and the open rate was much higher because the emails went directly routed to the inbox.
The text area for social media posting in Zoho Campaigns is not very responsive. When you post or write a text, it takes at least one minute before it appears, and sometimes it crashes. This issue needs to be addressed. Furthermore, integrating Instagram within the tool can be challenging. Even if you follow the steps, sometimes your Instagram social handle may not be visible, despite having connected it well to Facebook. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter integrations are straightforward, but Instagram integration remains difficult in Zoho Campaigns.

Zoho's overall usability could be improved in every module. It takes a lot of work to get it set up the way you want. It's not an intuitive product. It takes coding work to get the sales process to work. That setup process could be simplified significantly.
I can't recall missing any features. We use it quite minimally. They could get better at dealing with spam. They need to improve their anti-spam capabilities.
