Price-wise, the tool is reasonable compared to the other products in the market but it is not a very low-priced tool. The solution does provide value for money.
I rate the solution's pricing as seven. It is costlier than other solutions. They have multiple standard licenses, but there is no additional cost included.
Zscaler is an expensive solution, but it's worth the price. Their services are unmatched by competitors. Some may come with half the features that Zscaler can offer and be much cheaper. However, they do not have the global coverage that Zscaler has, and they will not provide the same low latencies and the same speeds that Zscaler can.
They do have a minimum number of users required to make it viable. You need to have 500 users. Based on the licensing scheme, they offer 500 users. The initial level would be $3/month per user.
The solution is quite expensive. It's around double what others are offering. The price we pay includes everything. It comes as a bundle. I'd rate the affordability of the solution at a two or three out of five. While the product quality is very good, the price is very high.

The solution replaces multiple vendor technologies with one which makes it worth the cost. It is a few pounds per user per month. Occasionally a customer will kick back because they believe it is too expensive for them.
The license is per user, and there's a minimum license per user per year. It's costly if you compare it to the traditional solutions like Symantec or Bluecoat. It's about 20 to 30 percent costlier than the traditional solution, but it gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere, and everything becomes effortless.
The price of Zscaler Internet Access should improve, it is expensive. but to catch small/medium size business they need to come up with some better licensing plan.

It's not an expensive solution but it is more expensive than some of its competitors. The licensing model is good if you pay for the medium-level licensing model. We get many features with the license but if you would like to integrate with other things, you have to spend time and money for the maintenance but other than that you don't have to buy additional new licenses.

The pricing is an issue. It is expensive if you have all of your users in the same location. It is expensive compared to other firewalls on the market.
Zscaler Internet Access is a cloud-native security service edge (SSE) platform. Its main purpose is to provide AI-powered protection for all users, all applications, and all locations. The solution replaces other legacy network security solutions to stop advanced attacks and prevent data loss by using a comprehensive zero trust approach.

The tool is moderately priced.
I am not aware of the solution's pricing model since my company paid for the solution.
ZIA follows a subscription model pricing and charges you based on the number of users. I would say its price is good.
The pricing is decent, but it is not that low. If we need any extra features, the price will increase.
Zscaler is transparent about its pricing model. However, it is not a cheap solution. I would rate the licensing model a seven out of ten.

It's a managed service, so it's included in the service.

I can't speak to the costs. I don't handle the licensing.
It is quite expensive. It does its job, but it is quite expensive for what we need.
Because it's a cloud solution, we pay on a yearly basis. It is affordable and includes tech support and all features.

The pricing for Zscaler Internet Access could be made cheaper.
The product is a bit expensive. That said, that is not in our scope to worry about pricing.
I have not been involved with pricing and licensing.
The price is competitive. It's not cheap and it's not expensive.
The pricing is fair based on its competitive market.
I don't handle billing or payments and therefore don't know the exact pricing of the solution of what exactly our organization pays.
Pricing varies from customer to customer, depending on the hardware that is required and the deployment model.
Roughly, we might spend $70,000 a month on the solution. We don't pay for anything beyond the standard licensing fee.

Our monthly fee is around R3000 and I think it is very reasonable.
There aren't any additional costs to the standard licensing fees.
