I use 1Password Business for both work and personal family purposes. At work, I use 1Password Business to organize all my passwords for various applications I log into, as well as certain secrets that I need to keep, such as keys and other sensitive information. I also use it to store secret information that I don't want anybody to gain access to for my own purposes or for work.

1Password Business serves as my main solution for sharing credentials with my team and storing passwords for staging. We maintain a vault specific for the team where we have access to our staging and test environments. Whenever a new team member is onboarded, we give them access to the vault so they have immediate access to all the credentials they need to log in.

1Password Business is used to save all service account credentials for team members, with the need to keep everything in one centralized location. Multiple locations are created for each team, such as one for the analytics team, where all passwords, EC2 key pairs, and other credentials are stored and shared with team members for their use. 1Password Business is used to retrieve passwords, and when new passwords are created, the password browser integration auto-populates the credentials whenever connecting to the single sign-on environment, filling in both username and password from the vault. AWS IAM access keys are currently stored in the password vault for a critical application where IAM roles cannot be used. IAM access keys are rotated regularly through a separate pipeline that generates new access key and secret key every 85 days. These are seamlessly updated to the 1Password Business vault, and the application team retrieves the new credentials from the vault.
