We primarily use the tool for the sales funnel functionality. We keep track of deals. It starts from the introduction. Then it goes through quote building, information gathering, proposal, and closing.
It's a CRM tool that we use mainly for three things. Firstly, it is used to capture leads on the site, for which we have forms created with their software. We also use this for campaigns because of one of the new stuff that they incorporated a year ago, which was amazing. So, we send emails, and so it's meant for our email stuff. The menus that we have in the CRM are what we use for our pipelines, our leads, our prospects, and all such stuff.
Our primary use case for this solution ranges from using it for daily activities in sales to forecasting and KPIs and following up on every deal we are working on and every lease we are opening. So, the sales team activities are usually based on the Pipedrive functionalities.

We use Pipedrive with WhatsApp because less than half of our salespeople communicate by email. We text through WhatsApp for daily communication. When a sale is made on the website, any information the customer enters into the e-form, chatbot, global meeting feature, etc. is fed into Pipedrive, which can automatically reply to the customer by email or WhatsApp. It also forwards those files to the salesperson servicing that account.
