We use Zabbix mainly to monitor the status of interfaces in our Juniper suite. When an interface goes down or when traffic on an interface drops, Zabbix triggers an alert to our Telegram. We're not using it for performance monitoring, just for interface monitoring.
I use Zabbix to monitor my server and network infrastructure. It was set up to monitor cloud interfaces and ensure high-speed performance. The dashboards allow the support team to see interface status and are configured with porting.
We integrate Zabbix with other products. We configure it on servers to communicate with tools like SolarWinds and send Syslog data to Zabbix for notifications. We have many monitoring platforms for Linux and Windows. We also monitor network devices. We use it to check services for operations support and NOC [Network Operations Center] in banking. When a service is down, we use scripts to automatically start it on the server.
Our use case for Zabbix involved installing an agent-based tool to manage and control our workstations. We needed to gather information about parameters such as configurations. Zabbix proved highly flexible and adaptable to our needs, although there was a learning curve due to scripting requirements. However, the tool is easy to deploy and offers flexibility in usage and configuration.

Our company is a financial organization and we use the solution to check connectivity, CPU utilization, and hard disk utilization for all of our servers. We monitor networks to learn traffic conditions. We use threshold features to compare servers or routers and find each server's size before it reaches 100%. The solution is currently installed in our IT division. We have 6,000 employees, 50 divisions, and 500 servers. The solution monitors all firewalls including HCI, Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco, and VMware.
We deploy it for our customers. The main use case is monitoring of the workplace services. That means lot of VDI systems, little machines, and all that stuff around office routers, switches, and even printers for example.

In my company, I have a lot of web services on the internet and use it for monitoring. For example, for concurrent sessions, I can count the HTTP requests, or I can use it to monitor the CPU and RAM in my devices, web application devices.
We develop applications in Python and we use Zabbix for the monitoring of the network for people connecting to the bank. We have many proxy servers using this solution.
We are a solution provider and Zabbix is one of the products that we implement for our clients. I am the senior consultant for Zabbix in my organization. The use cases are pretty basic. They include memory and disk monitoring, database monitoring, log file monitoring, and application monitoring.
We use it to collaborate with each other internally as a company for video conferencing, meetings, teams, and those kinds of things. We implement it in customer environments as well for the same reasons, and also for eHealth solutions, for instance, in hospitals.

Before the deployment of Zabbix, we experienced some delays on our internet connection, we decided to deploy it and we registered all our network devices, such as switches. We turned on the firewalls in Zabbix. We linked Zabbix to Grafana to receive a more accurate graph.
Generally, it is used for infrastructure and network monitoring. We've been using it for monitoring systems and application infrastructure. It goes through the whole stack, and that's what we like about it. It can also be extended, but I wouldn't consider that as the primary use case. It can be deployed on-premise as well as on the cloud. It is meant to be on-premise, but some providers like us can use Zabbix on the cloud and provide it as a SaaS model. It is predominantly deployed on-premise. We mainly use versions 4.x and 5.x.

I've designed and built a high-available solution with Zabbix version 5. I introduced and deployed Zabbix in my current company, and it ended up becoming a production service within the company.
We delivered a project for telemetry but not just for IT. We are running a project monitoring different parameters for radio communication sites, so we collect information about alarms and analog values, not specifically IT projects. We need an application that collects SNMP traps and show on the screen and take an historical report or graph. We contract with Zabbix for companies that have Zabbix for telemetry. We have integrated the system to our communications systems. This system is used in mission critical applications for radio communications, police, firemen's, health, etcetera.
I'm using it to have a global map overview of all my machines. We also use it in simple scenarios to check that our applications are up. We haven't really created that many dashboards at this time, but our next mission is to create good dashboards to efficiently track the VM performance.

We use Ubuntu for the distribution of our products and our web application firewall. Previously, I have also used a desktop version of Ubuntu on my laptop. We use this operating system for our Zabbix server as well, for monitoring, testing, and so on. We mostly use a server version, so it's only a command console. There's no graphical interface. This solution is deployed both on-premise and on cloud.

I use the solution for network monitoring. When I was in engineering school I used this solution and I found it really good. I wanted to bring the functionality of this solution to my community to show the engineers in my enterprise. There is not a lot of understanding of network monitoring and I am hoping to bring to them my knowledge.
We are using Zabbix in our project for demo purposes. One of our clients is also using Zabbix. They have a data center, and they use it for internal monitoring. They are on a cloud system.

We use Zabbix on-premises for monitoring our servers and calculating consumption of CPU, memory, and storage space. It's an important part of monitoring our environments and it shows us a lot of information about the health of our systems. And, in terms of performance, we also use it for actively getting rid of bottlenecks. There are four IT staff members who use Zabbix regularly, including system administrators and the director of IT.

I primarily use this solution in some of our different monitoring systems, including our different servers, and applications. We use it for the maintenance of the main server in the laboratory.
One of our services is implementation. Basically what we're doing now in terms of use cases is we have customers that have implemented Zabbix including at one of the biggest banks out in Nepal and India. The basic monitoring for the banks are taken care of by Zabbix. Zabbix being open-source, has available APIs for any device or any service that can be easily mapped onto it for monitoring. If the customer comes and tells me that I need to monitor an ATM machine, typically, what happens is you need to go back to the OEM to ask for the API so that it can be integrated. However, in the case of Zabbix, we just need to get into the ATM machine or the contact OEM of the ATM and get the scripts for it and add it into Zabbix. It's that easy for us. Some customers may be using Zabbix, however, they don't know how to implement it. What we do is make our teams certified on Zabbix implementation. Sometimes customers may be using Zabbix but then have some issues in terms of configuration or they want to work on some specific reports that they need some help with. Getting in touch with Zabbix may be difficult Therefore, we, as a partner, help out customers. If they need to do an implementation, we help them out in implementation and then with the support services. We have our own certified guys who help the customers as a sort-of extended arm of Zabbix. Zabbix is open-source and therefore doesn't cost anything. That said, the configuration is something with which you need support, and it requires technical expertise. That's where we pitch in. We pitch and then we say, you download it and after that, whatever is required in terms of configuration, whatever it requires in terms of preparing reports, we can help with due to the fact that we are certified.
I use Zabbix on my Raspberry Pi and it is set up to monitor our network. We are testing it at the moment to see how it responds to our network, which includes laptops and workstations. I have not gone into great detail with the product, although I expect to be doing that within the next months.

We have two Zabbix servers, deployed locally and in our New York datacenter, and we use them for monitoring traffic. It is an order processing system and we need to schedule and monitor our infrastructure.
I use Zabbix to monitor our infrastructure and services. I monitor network devices, servers, services and applications. I run an instance for our internal infrastructure and another instance for monitoring our customer services so they can have access to utilization graphs, problems on their services, and also receive alerts when issues appear. We can now easily monitor anything in our infrastructure and customer services, as Zabbix is highly flexible and customizable to fit the specific needs of our organization.
I'm currently dealing with three implementations - two are on cloud and one is on-premise. Our clients use the solution to monitor IT infrastructures, IT networks, applications, and cloud as well as containers. I have a very exciting additional use case as well that we're working on, using Zabbix 5.x for internet of things (IOT) monitoring. It supports MQTT and ModBus, which allows us to monitor IOT devices. The flexibility of taking monitoring data from such a wide variety of platforms - beyond traditional IT - makes Zabbix a highly flexible solution. I'm a consultant of this solution as well as a user. I'm a Zabbix certified professional and director of a Zabbix authorized reseller (Nobius) in the UK.
We needed a tool to know what the space inside of the infrastructure is like. My work was to use Zabbix to get information about the IT infrastructure in the village or in the towns that are very far from the headquarters. I had to use Zabbix to provide information with maps that the IT was working and so that the headquarters can see in real-time what the reality of the IT infrastructure we had deployed in the electrical network is. For two years, I tried this in another organization in my country and it worked to monitor the IT infrastructure in three countries. Now, I'm in Cameroon and this African organization was also on the coast and it's better. My work in this organization is to monitor the IT infrastructure on the east coast of Cameroon. In my country, Zabbix is not yet very popular but I love it and I really want to make people know that it's very simple to use.

The primary use case is the cost. Typically speaking, our customers have a plethora of tools and they find it very difficult to manage their business services with a selection of tools. In most cases, they're able to replace all of their tools with one — Zabbix. We counsel groups and we recommend using Zabbix — we're a reseller. We focus on Zabbix. When a customer needs it integrated with Microsoft, or ServiceNow, or other solutions, then we help them out from a consulting perspective. We focus on and we recommend Zabbix. Which is an enterprise monitoring solution. I take care of sales and marketing. If the customer requires integration, then there are easy ways of integrating Zabbix with JIRA, ServiceNow, ITSM, and all other sorts of different solutions.
Our customers like Zabbix because it's an open-source tool, but integration with other tools is not that easy. The company that I work for employs talented people and a good integration team who can get the end-to-end implementation and integration done properly. Zabbix is basically network monitoring software. Often, we are working with various solutions that we are attempting to integrate with Zabbix, and at the same time, we're trying to integrate a couple of bots to take automation to the next level.

Monitoring systems and services that don't have their own solution in our environment. Single place to monitor multiple systems and processes. We monitor servers, websites, key card devices, etc..
Zabbix is an open-source monitoring software that provides real-time monitoring and alerting for servers, networks, applications, and services.
