The product is not so convenient to deploy or to configure. I would describe the product's user interface as being less beautiful, especially when compared to SOTI MobiControl. The user interface could be more user-friendly, and the configuration could be made better. The support offered for the product should be made faster.
We are not able to create users on Mac. User creation on Mac must be improved. For Zero-Touch deployment, user creation must be done manually. I hope the solution will introduce this feature in the future release.

As a partner, we consider 42Gears to be a unified endpoint management (UEM) solution. So, we should be able to manage users with this particular solution. This is something that is currently not there. It is probably an area for improvement for 42Gears.
The dashboards could be improved. It would be nice if there was two-way communication between students and teachers. Also, the two-way communication (text and voice communication) between the system and tablets could be improved.
