Two to three engineers are involved in the solution’s maintenance. I would recommend the solution to other users. Overall, I rate the solution an eight or nine out of ten.
If you have a small operation, it is a good product because it is not an expensive tool, and it does what it needs to do, but it is more complex to configure. A user needs people who know 42Gears SureMDM to be able to take care of the configuration part. SOTI MobiControl is more expensive than 42Gears SureMDM, but the system's flexibility and configuration are easier or more straightforward. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.
