The areas of Amazon Lex that could be improved include context management. I have used Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex both. Context management is better in Google Dialogflow, but it is something which Amazon Lex can improve. It is a good service and they are keeping up with improvements. It should be noted that generally the people who use Amazon Lex use other services also. I have never found a customer who is using Amazon Lex with a third-party system. They have come to Amazon Lex only when they want to use other services of AWS.
