I would love to have all the products. Currently they have all the server operating systems and network operating systems but they should have all the other devices also included, like security devices. That's what I think is missing. They should also improve the license audit part. If I want to do a license audit from this tool, I'm not able to do it right now.
As for what can be improved, definitely pricing. Customers look for pricing and ARCON is a little more expensive than Thycotic. So the pricing model could be improved. Our customer went with ARCON because being a government public sector entity, they could only go with an on-premises implementation which Thycotic does not offer. It's still under evaluation and testing. These are big entities, the user base will be huge. So they have taken 50 user workable licenses and they're working on it for a while. I don't think I have any other challenges or requests with ARCON, it satisfies what was required for mapping and reporting. I would say the dashboard visibility could be better. Thycotic's dashboard is very good.
Vulnerability Management (VM) is a critical cybersecurity process focused on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating vulnerabilities in IT systems. It helps organizations protect their networks and assets by proactively managing security weaknesses before they can be exploited by threats.
We've had instances where some parameters have disappeared and that is frustrating. The automation needs to be improved.
