Check Point Harmony Browse can be improved by reducing false positive reports, performance optimization and user interface improvement. Additional features like privacy features, integration with password managers, and VPN Integration can be enhanced.
One of the challenges addressed by Check Point Harmony Browse is the threat posed by employees, partners, or other individuals who inadvertently click on or are targeted by malicious links or malware. Check Point Harmony Browse efficiently detects such links, blocks them, and alerts administrators or users who clicked on them, providing timely protection against potential threats
Although it is a tool that has many very good features, it should make some improvements. For example, the graphical interface should be improved and made a little more intuitive. They could organize each of the configuration options and improve the latency that occurs when entering the Interface. They should focus on new areas of product. In the last year, they have not released any updates with improvements or extra options.

Regarding the Harmony Browse, I call it "Kuna" which is accurate. The quantum product serves as my primary focus due to its project cost, and I aim to introduce support in this area. This is because firewall implementation holds significant importance for organizations. I want to improve more on the quantum losses. There's a concept I'd like to include in Harmony Browse, known as automatic catching. This mechanism comes into play when an individual closes their browser while possessing sensitive information, like monetary data. To counteract potential risks, we employ a browser cache-clearing process to minimize the cache's accumulation. This action ensures that malicious entities can't exploit the cached data for attacks. To enhance this further, there's potential for the implementation of a self-cleaning technology. For instance, when a user exits the browser, an automatic action could be initiated to clear the browser cache, serving as an additional layer of security. This can be helpful if added.

There are many areas, or scope for improvement for Check Point Harmony Browse to stay relevant in the market. It could have more and more public domain feedback from business users. This will enable and increase the customer base, and more trust and accountability will flow into the ecosystem. Also, a slight reduction in the cost subscription model can prove to be a game changer. It would make for a better alternative for major small and marginal enterprises to come into this market and use this software. More and more customization is needed as customization is the key.

The tool has very good security and complies with the standards that are necessary. That said, they have to improve in other areas, such as the documentation for the tool. they need to start creating a fairly robust knowledge base since we have had problems looking for relevant information and it takes a long time to find what we require. They should also improve technical support since, due to the time zone differences, it is difficult to coordinate meetings. They are also slow in resolving cases and do not comply with their SLAs. They should improve the latency in the login panel. It takes a while to enter and load all the administrative sections.
They can maybe improve the deployment strategy. Having local support everywhere in the world would be helpful. Our deployment has taken a while to complete as there were some issues with the OS we were using. This was handled by their support team with great success; however, it would have been best if it was completed in the time frame that was originally discussed. We're still very happy with the overall support that we are getting, and that's really all we can ask for.
I would like the solution to be implemented more easily for teams and directly on Android or iOS devices. That way, we could provide teams with devices like tablets. They have become a technological ally for people who have greater mobility. As long as they have easier portability, we'd be happier. We need a solution with applications directly installed on cell phones in a more native way that allows for allowing web browsing, thus helping, and always contributing to device security.
One of the new features I would like to see is the possibility that these tools can be brought to mobile devices such as tablets and cell phones in iOS or Android applications. I would like is to be able to take this solution and be able to take existing designs and integrate the product into all services since it's one of the most important solutions. We must be more proactive and integrate existing solutions into a single integrated package so that customers feel more secure.
Check Point has always been a constant tool, with its new tools, it has taken a lot of advantage over its competition. However, there are always features that need improvement, for example: 1. Support must be faster in solving problems. Sometimes it takes many days to have a solution. 2. Check Point could put more facilities in its manuals and documentation, including more graphics to make it simple for the client. 3. The prices are only visible through a partner. It would also be good to be able to see them publicly.
It is one of the best solutions, however, with respect to its support in IOS and Android, it can improve a little more. Something that is worth mentioning is the need for support in Spanish and better representation for teams in the Latin American area, where there is a growing demand for these IT services and new technologies. Its guides are identical to the existing ones. These guides need to be updated and improved in terms of their design.
This solution has multiple protections that are generally very simple to configure and work quickly with little intrusiveness for the user. In the case of document download zero-day threat protection, Threat Extraction, this is not exactly the case. It works very well, however, it is very annoying for users, since it does not always work in the same way and sometimes it makes it show you the same window twice for each file to indicate where you want to save it. The ease of handling should be improved, as it is currently intrusive and some users don't like it.
URL filtering could be better. It would be great if you can have object-based categories on the management dashboard. It would be best for it to be object-based instead of URL-based as it saves us a lot of time. Clicking the object/subject from the dashboard shortens the handling time as compared to using a URL. There are many questionable sites that we can’t keep track of, and it would be easier to just have them in a visible list than to find them. I’d say both URL, and object-based filtering needs to be available.
