The solution was initially presented to us as a tool to understand processes effectively. However, a significant issue emerged when the process slightly deviated from the first one I processed. It recognized each distinct click as a separate process, even if it was a minor variation like a right-click or left-click. This posed a challenge in pattern recognition, as the tool treated these variations as different processes rather than identifying them as part of the same process with additional attributes. This should be improved. Another aspect that needs improvement is the domain definition. For instance, if I have a project that should exclusively interact with SAP and Excel, ensuring that the tool captures information only from these applications is challenging. When I used this solution about six months ago, blocking information from certain personal websites, such as Facebook or WhatsApp, when users were logged in proved difficult. Implementing such blocking operations, including Google, was a somewhat time-consuming task.

The way the commercial model of the product is structured must be improved. The solution must provide a mobile version of the data query.
