It is more costly than some of the corporate licenses other products offer. So, we can get the other alternate products at a lower cost than TeamViewer Tensor. The SSO feature of the solution may sometimes not function perfectly, as it is integrated with the domain. Enabling SSO means it is enabled for the entire organization's domain, which can cause login issues for other users, particularly if they have renewed their licenses and cannot log in with their credentials. Therefore, it would be better to provide users with a TeamViewer ID and password without disrupting others and the overall business. In summary, the SSO feature needs improvement.

We would like to have an option to create subgroups, where only members of the subgroup have access to the other members. As it is now, anybody in a group can see all of the other members. Having the ability to create subgroups and delegate permissions to the group members would be a helpful addition.
