The interface is a little dated and a little awkward at times. That's a minor problem. It's workable. And while I really liked how they set me up, by telling me not to assign it to my own email and to use an admin email so that we could have other users, a weakness was around their communicating to me all the things that are possible, and probably realizing that they fit a niche in a business. It's a solid product and I'd like to do more with it. I'd like to integrate all these things, but time is a problem.
It works for us, and I have no real complaints about it. It is self-intuitive, but it could have intuitive help where you don't have to email somebody asking how you do something. They might already have it, but I've never used it.

They probably could improve on the initial deployment and the issues that we ran into with the WebTitan Cloud OTG client installation on our mobile devices or laptops. Other than that, everything has been pretty turnkey for the most part.
I've been trying to install an OTG on Windows 7 machines, and I simply can't get it to work. That said, I haven't had the time. We've been busier than ever in the last two or three months. I haven't had the time to actually call WebTitan and ask them what the problem is there. However, it seems there's something going on with Windows 7 where I can't install their OTG. Windows 10 I installed on multiple PCs and I haven't had a problem with it whatsoever. Yet with Windows 7, I simply can't get it to show up. When I get into WebTitan, there's a user tab and it shows all the PCs I've got connected to it. However, every Windows 7 machine I've tried to hook up does not show up there and that needs to be improved. Still, it's not something WebTitan hasn't been able to help me with as I simply haven't got the time to call them and say, "Hey, am I doing something wrong, or is there something wrong on your end?" Other than that, we didn't buy it to get into the very minute details of what it can do. We bought it with a mindset of "This is what we want it to do." It's been working for what we wanted it to do. It's been working great, other than the Windows 7 PC issue.

I would like to have a live chat feature with their support. This is one of the things that I like that they haven't offered yet. If they have live support, then at least I can work with an engineer when I have a problem and not have to wait for the engineer to respond.
One issue that they have just solved is that there's a new interface for paying bills. I had an issue when I tried to pay with our debit card last year, but with the new payment interface, they have solved that.

We have never really fully come to grips with the customization options provided by WebTitan. It is a little bit tricky and what happened was that we got it working the way we needed it to work and we just left it at that. But WebTitan do provide all the assistance and support that you need to get it going. For security, it's very restrictive. For us, it blocks a lot, even too much, so we have had to create exceptions. A new implementation takes a bit of time to train it up, to put in all the exclusions, but once you have that done, it's just a matter of adding things as they come up.
The Oauth1 protocol has a lot of issues with authentication and it made it very difficult to initially authenticate with the API. Another thing that we dislike so far is the fact that it can sometimes take hours for the policy changes to take effect.
There are some small bugs in the real-time login environment. There is a real-time logging and you can see which URLs are blocked or allowed for every user. They should make sure this is resolved in future releases. While there is an antivirus on offer, it's not a very good one. We're not using it because it's not effective. However, if they had an effective anti-virus, we would make use of it. There really should be a more professional level of antivirus on the solution's version for web filtering. There should be a more granular internet site categorization. Some categories are more flexible than others, but all categories should be flexible.
TitanHQ WebTitan is a secure web gateway (SWG) tool that helps businesses control the web content that can be accessed by its employees. The solution provides complete protection from online threats such as viruses, malware, ransomware, phishing, and comprehensive content filtering. To block malicious sites, WebTitan uses a crowd-sourced approach and obtains a constant stream of URLs for analysis. In contrast to many other DNS-based systems, which only work at the domain level, WebTitan...

Sometimes it has been a little cumbersome to get the whitelisting just right. But that would be the only thing I've had any problems with.
