Hello peers,
I am a Research Lead at a medium-sized company. I am currently researching Data Visualization tools.
Which solution do you prefer: Tableau, Qlik Sense, Amazon QuickSight, or Looker?
Thank you for your help.
Hello
Pay attention that Google has 2 products, Looker Studio and Looker.
Looker Studio is a Google free product that used to be called Data Studio, and they renamed it Looker Studio once they bought Looker.
Data Studio is a free tool, but it is very limited, and not all the options are working as expected, but it may be a good simple solution.
Looker is a very nice tool, but its price is quite high, starting at 80,000 $ per year.
I didn’t work with another tool.
We are working with an open-source tool, named Apache Superset.
The Superset has a lot of options and plugins, but it requires some professional work for installation and configurations, and it has some bugs.
Its main advantage is that it is free of charge.
You need to install and run it on your machine, locally or in the cloud.
