Which solution is better for setting up a data lake: Apache Hadoop or Oracle Exadata?

I am a Chief Manager at a large bank.

I need to set up a data lake. Can I depend on Hadoop or Oracle? Which solution do you prefer and why?

Hi, I will be very direct! Oracle EXADATA is an engineering system, designed for critical missions, has good processing and storage capacity, is easily scalable and being proprietary, and has a support team with great experience and availability, considering the criticality of Service in a Large Bank.
