I am currently working in Procurement for a multi-national company that has over 40,000 employees in the MENA region. All employee information is in SuccessFactors and we are looking for a solution that will allow the automation of sourcing, screening, and scheduling of candidates using AI technology (the platform is expected to provide a more favorable candidate experience with a more engaging landing or career page, with the ability to utilize target marketing to passive candidates, capture leads and provide job matching and chatbot functionalities). Appreciate it if you can share your experience in using eightfold.ai or Phenom TXM Platform. If you have used both, which one is better? And how?
