Political Action Funds Requests-Disbursements-Reporting for a major trade union. Developed a single, integrated system to replace a collection of FoxPro databases, Excel spreadsheets, and QuickBooks accounts to permit local unions and other subdivisions to submit funds to the general headquarters as well as request funds for political activities at federal, state, and local levels. Project was months overdue because of poor leadership and requirements management by prior project manager. Not only completed the project under budget, but ahead of schedule, including debugging and correcting errors in the work done by a previous contractor.
