I used Zoho to mange over 400 leads generated from an important industry trade show. I sat at the booth talking to people and collecting business cards for two days straight. When I got back to the office we had to follow up with the leads quickly, there was no time to spare.
We scanned he business cards as quickly as possible into Zoho. From Zoho we were able to manage the campaign and track each lead's movement through the sales funnel individually.
If I had to do it again, I would have invested in a good mobile business card scanner that could be used during the show. That would have saved a lot of initial work and would have allowed us to follow up faster.
