Scalefusion is a mobile device management solution we use to manage more than 40,000 company devices. We need to know where those devices are and push out our business applications to them. It's a tool to handle the administrative work for our devices.

Scalefusion has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform. It has made it much easier to achieve our goals efficiently by eliminating tedious work and cumbersome processes. We can look at our dashboard and tell where our device is at any given time. It also allows us to control and deploy apps without using the enterprise store. 

Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented.

It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. 

Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough. 

We've been using Scalefusion now for a year.

Scalefusion is stable. We hardly have any issues.

Scalefusion is scalable.

Scalefusion support is accessible. Any time we've had issues, they've always been highly responsive. 

The product is on the cloud, so the setup is primarily provisioning and onboarding. We need to interact with the host when provisioning the device, but it's straightforward.

The time needed to deploy depends on the fleet devices you have. We had to provision 40,000 devices. It also depends on how you structure your team. For example, we had people in the warehouse assisting us. We got 40,000 devices provisioned in about two weeks. Once everything is set up, Scalefusion requires little maintenance. One person is enough.

I rate Scalefusion seven out of 10.

Our typical use cases for the product involve auto-enrollment, zero-touch deployment, location tracking, application deployment, auto-installation, and content deployment across various device types, such as PDF files.

The product's most valuable features include precise location tracking, seamless remote device management without cumbersome logs, straightforward application deployment, and an intuitive dashboard interface.

One area for improvement could be streamlining permissions during initial device setup, especially for corporate-owned devices, to reduce manual user interaction and expedite deployment.

The technical support team is highly responsive and helpful, particularly with its embedded chat support feature on the dashboard.

The setup is straightforward. It consists of a device factory reset, QR code scanning, and minimal user intervention.

Most of our customers opt for cloud deployment. I rate the process an eight. 

In terms of device management, the platform is particularly effective for managing Android devices, especially Samsung, which are predominant among our customers.

Its enhanced support for iOS and Windows devices has been particularly beneficial, expanding our service offerings to customers with diverse device environments.

I rate it a nine out of ten.

There are many use cases for mobile device management for various company devices, including Apple devices, MacBooks, Windows laptops and workstations, Windows servers, and some antiviruses, mobile phones, and digital displays such as CCTVs. These devices can be configured in a Scalefusion tool to scale and manage them effectively.

These devices can be controlled and managed from a single portal, applicable to every company. If you are accessing the company corporate data on personal devices, there is a risk of company corporate data being sent to the personal device. If you want to control the emails and data accessed by mobile devices, you can control and restrict them through mobile device management.

Scalefusion is user-friendly. You don't need a specific skill set to manage the product. The support from the vendor is unexceptional. It has a set of scripts and everything you will get from one portal. All the devices and their applications can be controlled. You can define policies and roll them out to all the devices. Any corporate data being accessed by mobile devices can be restricted. The users will be accessing the corporate data, but they cannot copy or forward the data to someone else. It will be recorded.

Everyone is using high-end devices, such as mobile devices. If they lose their devices, how about the data copied to other devices? Once the device is lost, you can remotely delete all of the data and block the device, preventing anyone from using or reusing it. This will keep your devices secure.

The solution should improve the data leakage prevention policy.

I have been using Scalefusion as a reseller for three years. We are using the latest version of the solution.

The product is stable.

The solution is scalable. Scalefusion has a large customer base, with over 10 customers in the UAE alone.

The technical team is very good.

The initial setup is straightforward, with no complexity, and even people with no prior experience can learn to use all of its features effectively with one or two days of training. It is very simple to use. It is a SaaS solution. The solution’s deployment takes three to four weeks to set up the environment. In SaaS-based deployments, you can enroll 100 devices within one or two days.

You will get support from the vendor, and we also have a team certified in Azure in the UAE. We can give you special support in the UAE and the Middle East.

ROI depends on the use cases.

The solution’s pricing depends on the number of devices.

It is neither expensive nor cheap.

We are selling this product, so I'm discussing its features. I'm well aware of the features that Scalefusion provides. It's a fantastic product, and we have many more features than the competition.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
