The backup retention was pretty good. Being able to archive users who had been backed up, is a good functionality. Even if they've been deactivated it'll keep the backups and keep them protected.
Arcserve Cloud Direct is easy to set up and use, offering seamless integration with existing systems. It provides reliable and efficient cloud backup and disaster recovery, comprehensive data protection and security features, and supports a wide range of operating systems and platforms. Despite excellent customer support and knowledgeable technical staff, it suffers from high cost, limited third-party integration, performance issues with large data sets, occasional connectivity problems, and a lack of detailed documentation.
