The tool's porting of targeted sources in CSV was a nice feature. The integration and connection between the tenants were smooth. We could access a template CSV as well.

The solution offers ease of configuration. With a wizard, you run through the setup, and everything is configured correctly. Additionally, creating a job is very easy, and overall, the ease of access is excellent. Also, it allows you to use the backups to migrate to another Office 365 environment.

I attempted to modify the XML files in the product's configuration to enhance the speed and efficiency of the process. While the KBs and documentation were well-written, technical aspects related to speed adjustment parameters were unclear.

The customer service and support could be improved. When communicating via email, they sometimes take until late the same day to respond.

There are two major improvements. First, the UI seems outdated. Second, the tool should support cloud backups. I suggest using Windows Server 2016 or 2019.
