Auto scanning and enhanced security but re-adding protections need improvement
At that time, we observed certain issues with the product. The functionalities could be improved, such as the isolation feature. If we remove our protection, we cannot easily add it back. If, in our organization, we need to remove a specific system for a particular time, we cannot add it back for security after doing so. This is one thing we have experienced. Scalability is also lacking. If we want to do the same thing repeatedly, there's not much the solution offers; it isn't very strong.
Sherwin De Claro - PeerSpot reviewer
The solution provides endpoint detection and response with a nice-looking dashboard
The solution is easily scalable because it's in the cloud and we can push the agents using our Cafea solution. We can even deploy the applications to our remote branches easily. We currently have four people using the solution and if the number of computers increases we can scale up by increasing the number of licenses.

Pros

"The auto-scanning feature is quite beneficial."
"The auto-scanning feature is quite beneficial."
"The solution's most valuable aspect, for us, is the DLP portion of the product."
"Sophos EPP Suite's best feature is that the endpoints and firewalls remain synced."
"The protection that this solution offers us is strong."
"It is a stable solution. I would rate the stability a ten out of ten."
"In terms of the Firewall, the EAP assist, the simple interface and the reporting features are quite good for clients. It's very easy to understand and to navigate the Dashboard."
"Sophos EPP Suite's most valuable feature is ease of use."
"It is one of the good solutions that provides a single well-rounded protection for endpoints and internet security."
"The most valuable features of Sophos EPP Suite are the synchronized threat and ransomware protection."

Cons

"The functionalities could be improved, such as the isolation feature."
"Scalability is lacking. If we want to do the same thing repeatedly, there's not much the solution offers; it isn't very strong."
"Pricing is a consideration for us; for the Indian market, it is slightly expensive."
"Sophos EPP Suite demands significant resources just to operate. For example, it takes up more than 50% of the resources on our laptop to run it. So, even if we buy a laptop i7 and use 50% resources for Sophos, it will cost us more because every computer needs energy. I don't know why or what the exact problem is."
"Sometimes there are issues with the antivirus back logs."
"There could be more integration included in Sophos EPP Suite."
"The product should improve support and provide more scalable clustering."
"The user interface is not responsive."
"If we could bypass the first couple of levels of support when we have a problem then it would be easier and quicker when we need an issue resolved."
"Lacks delegated administration privileges for large organizations, and differential permissions for admins."
