This process is very good, with a processor that has 32 cores, which is sufficient to meet my qualifications and needs. It's quite a good server, and I've been using it for the last three years. I also use different types of dynamic solutions for network design like AutoCAD and SolarWind.

For us, technical support is excellent. Support is thorough and the next business day they are on site. Previously, they had onsite support after remote diagnostics. It was quite difficult for us because we had to do all of the diagnostics before a Dell engineer would go onsite. The remote diagnosis can take days or weeks, but for professional support with the next business day on-site, the next business day we receive an engineer for an evaluation. If it's critical they will attend. We were satisfied after we upgraded to a professional next-day on-site support.
