How would you rate customer service and support?
How was the initial setup?
Based on the feedback from my company's clients who use the product, I rate the initial setup phase a nine on a scale of one to ten, where one is a difficult setup phase, and ten is an easy setup process.
The solution is deployed on the cloud and on an on-premises model.
The solution's deployment process takes some hours for an average implementation consisting of around a hundred endpoints.
The time to deploy the solution also depends on what users are running on their PCs. If users have some installed passwords for another solution in their environment and maintain policies stating that they need to transfer them before installing the new platform, then the deployment process takes time.
