  • "Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."

What is our primary use case?

Considering my company's customers' use cases, I can say that we have received good feedback, making up for a good ratio from its users.

The product is used since it is a single console or a single agent. The product offers straightforwardness to users in terms of GUI and UI. GravityZone Business Security offers value for money, considering that it is not so expensive to buy it.

What needs improvement?

The product should offer some add-ons, like RMM and extra capabilities, which need not be included much in the area of cybersecurity. From an administration perspective, the tool lacks functionalities related to RMM and MDM. The tool should offer add-ons, like RMM and MDM.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution.

My company operates in Greece, where we consider enterprise-sized companies to be regarded as mid-sized organizations in other countries. Enterprise-sized businesses in Greece have around 2,000 endpoints, and they are not considered enterprise-sized businesses in America or Germany. In short, I could say that the product is meant for mid-sized businesses.

How are customer service and support?

In Greece, for cybersecurity, our company offers local support for GravityZone Business Security. I could say from our company's customers' experiences that our company offers one of the best support as we focus on maintaining good relationships with our customers and building trustworthy relationships. For GravityZone Business Security's technical support, our company ensures that it provides more personal service for each of its clients.

The technical support offered by GravityZone Business Security's vendor is good. Though there are some delays in response at times from GravityZone Business Security's technical support team, they have the knowledge to help customers. I rate the technical support from GravityZone Business Security as an eight out of ten.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

Based on the feedback from my company's clients who use the product, I rate the initial setup phase a nine on a scale of one to ten, where one is a difficult setup phase, and ten is an easy setup process.

The solution is deployed on the cloud and on an on-premises model.

The solution's deployment process takes some hours for an average implementation consisting of around a hundred endpoints.

The time to deploy the solution also depends on what users are running on their PCs. If users have some installed passwords for another solution in their environment and maintain policies stating that they need to transfer them before installing the new platform, then the deployment process takes time.

What other advice do I have?

It is not expensive to maintain or update the product because it's very easy to use, and a company need not have many resources, hardware, or people.

I rate the overall product a nine out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Hybrid Cloud
