It actually prevents a lot of false alarms because if a link is blocked by antivirus, it creates an alert for the IT risk team to investigate. By not resolving the IP for a malicious link, it stops many issues before they escalate. This has improved our security posture significantly.

Infoblox BloxOne DDI would not be for smaller companies. I think if you are under 1,200 staff, you probably want to look for a professional service or something that is integrated into the platforms you have already got.

There are probably some strict agreements, and the answers are probably not so rapid. The responsiveness could at least be improved, but I have not had many cases, just a few.

I would add that Infoblox support can be more impactful in high emergency cases, as there are times they take considerable time to find the problem, which impacts the infrastructure, so they can improve their support structuring.
