The modular approach to how Microsoft Dynamics is being deployed is what drove us to use it. You find that an organization would have, for example, only finance and HR, but in the future, they want to scale up the supply chain. They will later want to add procurement. The modular aspect is what was beneficial to us and influenced our decision to use Dynamics 365 on the cloud.
There should have been a way where customer support is supported. This would ensure that the users can more easily find errors while dealing with their software activities.
The initial setup of Microsoft Dynamics requires some expertise. The process is not user-friendly for beginners. If you know your way around Microsoft Dynamics, it's something you'd find intermediate. It's not easy but not difficult.
