I like the automated features of it that let you schedule those updates and the ability of the product to focus on the specific updates, specific platforms, and products that we're interested in keeping up to date.

Its configuration and environment discovery are praised. However, it requires high computing resources, and responsiveness needs improvement. Multi-tenant integration and user-friendly administration are lacking, as is the documentation, which is outdated. Pricing is concerning, and deployment complexity deters adoption.
