Primarily, I use it to monitor the uptime of all equipment, as well as network connectivity, availability, and the services running on those devices. I believe those are the key aspects I've found useful.

The network monitoring feature, especially, stands out to me. We needed a tool that could indicate which devices are up or down, and I believe Nagios Network Analyzer is the best option for that. It provides detailed reports and helps me stay on top of things. Moreover, it has the ability to detect errors before a device goes down, which is simply awesome.

I found that it has a good GUI and user-friendly administration.

They need to have some automation models embedded in them. If you integrate that, that would be a complete package.

I use the Nagios Network Analyzer during POCs of the customer environment. It offers visibility into their network behavior. 

The tool's UI is user-friendly, and pricing is affordable. It is very easy to deploy and learn. 

Our customers like this product due to the fact that it's quite simple and it can be integrated with other solutions that complement and complete each other. Basically, the way I studied Nagios Analyzer was, after I implemented Nagios, the customer could access the features by implementing the other Nagios products. 

The initial setup is easy.

The reporting could be better. Right now, what can be extracted is pretty standard, however, some clients want to dig deeper, and, in order to get more detailed information, we need to figure out our own reporting protocols. We have to manually pull many items instead of having the capabilities to just customize a report that fits our needs. 

There are some loopholes you need to be aware of from a security perspective.
