I work primarily with SMEs, covering a wide range of scenarios such as services, manufacturing, and retail. Occasionally, vertical solutions are needed, but SAP Business One on AWS generally covers all business needs.

The most valuable feature of SAP Business One is its reporting capability. This feature allows me to get all the necessary data required to best analyze the business and improve processes. 

Additionally, it enhances the agility of processes and helps me save time during daily operations.

The most valuable feature of the solution is the fact that the product is designed for small and medium enterprises. One can see particularly everything ranging from procurement to financial processes using the product.

The web client is an area with shortcomings, which SAP is presently working on, and needs to improve.

During the current times, amid the pandemic, having this solution allows us to much more ably work at home. You don't need to go to the office to access your ERP. 

The most valuable feature is the ability to access it from anywhere. We can collaborate as a team from all different locations.

Putting it on the cloud gives you cost-effectiveness and the power to easily scale up, either horizontally or vertically.

SAP Business One has modules for different departments like administration, finance, banking, procurement, sales, inventory, production, and services. Each department can directly use SAP Business One, and the financial impact is immediately posted to the finance module. Everything is integrated, and reports are updated with a single click.

Firstly, the top-level view and easy navigation to individual transaction levels. It is beautifully done in SAP Business One. Secondly, each and every module is well-integrated and well-connected. And thirdly, the beautiful reconciliation available in SAP is not easily available in other ERPs.

I use SAP Business One to manage my finances, warehouse inventory, and project revenue.

The accounting and project features are valuable. It's very useful for us to manage the project with their budget and use the inventory features. The way we can make changes in new fields, or make new rules with our IT department, has also been very useful.

We use it as a software suite encompassing various modules such as sales, inventory, and purchase, and it serves a small to medium-sized enterprise with fewer than five hundred employees. We are currently looking to upgrade to SAP Business One for SAP HANA for enhanced processing and productivity.

It is well-established and caters to our user base efficiently.

SAP Business One on AWS is a service solution or software, and we use the solution as a middleware component.

As a business technology platform, it is a flexible platform. It enables the customer to do faster integrations, and the solution's functioning requires low cost. It is a different software service product, which enables the customer to deal with the problems and to interact and change technologies fast, which is not complex.

We employ SAP Business One for our business operations, serving the purpose of an ERP system tailored for small and medium enterprises.

There are limitations of SAP Business One. It's a complex topic, and exploring options like SAP HANA is challenging at the moment. Understanding the limitations of ERP requires thorough research. I suggest conducting some preliminary investigations into ERP products before making a decision.

We chose SAP Business One as it caters to SMEs like ours, acknowledging and accepting its limitations. While a larger product exists, switching would entail budget considerations due to the ongoing implementations. Therefore, the current situation with SAP Business One is not a matter of concern.
