We are a security solution provider and Sophos Mobile is included in the larger Sophos EDP collection. This is one of the products that we implement for our clients.
This solution is used for both mobile device management and mobile experience management.
The most valuable feature is the mobile device management capability. You can easily manage all of your mobile devices.
With respect to the security that it provides, so far it has been so good.
On Android devices, the protection and security are quite good.
They continue to work on integration with mobile device management and mobile security. They are improving the protection but I think that the capabilities still need to be enhanced.
We have been dealing with Sophos Mobile for one year.
Being on the cloud, this is a scalable product.
The technical support is good. We expect them to be able to help us resolve issues and it has gone well so far.
The client is installed on a mobile device and then it is centrally managed on the cloud. The installation is straightforward and takes three hours to complete.
We have two admins to manage this solution.
The licensing fees are paid based on a one-year or two-year subscription.
Overall, this is a good product and I recommend it. I don't have any specific recommendations for them to improve upon it.
