Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Seamless provisioning and application deployment enhance workflow, yet enhancements in asset and software spend management roles are acknowledged
The zero-touch capability where you can install all the business applications and deliver the laptop to the user, who just needs to log on to complete everything without any human intervention, are the best features in Ivanti Neurons for MDM. We have security features, patch management, compliance reports, and dashboards integrated within Ivanti.

Strong support and good central management but improvements in security management needed
Sophos Mobile offers features like cash mode and safe mode, and allows for central management, which I find effective for device security, though it depends on the clients' needs and the types of mobile devices used. The integration of the product is easier these days compared to ten years ago. The support provided by Sophos is notably good, and they care for their partners. Sophos has good customer support, and that is crucial for sustaining business relationships.

Cons
