This is a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I  think that scalability is good. We have between three and five developers who use it.

How are customer service and support?

We have not needed to contact technical support because the knowledge base is quite good. The community support is also good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We have experience with other testing tools but the choice of product is dependant on the project and the requirements given by the customer.

How was the initial setup?

The initial installation and setup are easy and really only take a few minutes. Definitely less than an hour.

Feature-wise, I think that this product is good enough. It is a solution that I would recommend, provided that it actually meets the requirements for the project.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

It needs to be independent and user-friendly

What is most valuable?

TFS and MTM.

How has it helped my organization?

I haven't worked with any real projects, but did some R&D using TFS and MTM. MTM is very good for maintaining the test plan, test suite and all. Can link automation scripts with existing manual test cases.

What needs improvement?

It needs to be independent and user-friendly (cannot link automation scripts from MTM, should link the scripts by opening visual studio).

For how long have I used the solution?

Around two years.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

Nothing specific.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I felt it was bit slow (May be it depends on the server memory size(?).

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Nothing specific.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

A seven out of 10.

Technical Support:

A seven out of 10

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Just for some analysis.

How was the initial setup?

A little bit complex setting test agents and controllers.

What about the implementation team?

Not through a vendor team.

What was our ROI?

No ROI since it is just for R&D.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Costly, but effective

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Any other automation tool that supports C#.
