I recommend Fortinet High-End F-Series firewalls. Fortinet Fortigate is a robust firewall and security device. They have different models depending upon number of users on the network, internet speed, UTM security & throughput needed. All their models are unlimited users license.

I would suggest you go with an enterprise-class firewall where you get advance security signature and policy configuration options. Don't forget to check the firewall offers you redundancy, application control, sandboxing and other common feature required to protect your work environment.
There are various notable firewall brands to consider such as Fortinet, Sophos, and Palo Alto. Depending on your budget and requirements, you might want to reach out to a managed service provider to discuss further. Try to look for a brand agnostic service provider to give an unbiased view. :)

I would also recommend the Palo Alto 3000, not knowing what your budget is. Fortinet is good but they are a little complicated to learn if you don't have a lot of experience with Fortigate.
I have replaced 100ing's with Sophos XG230's and 1000ing with Sophos XG450 and they are doing great.
You also have to consider some new requirements you may have in the future and whether you will need to integrate a firewall with your endpoint security solution. Take a note that applications demand more traffic too. I had Sophos for the endpoint. So, the choice was straightforward.
I have also worked with Fortinet and F5 (and they are great) so you can consider them.
I'm not familiar with Sophos Cyberoam, but without having much detail on your infrastructure I would recommend Sonicwall NSv Firewall.
They have won for the last two years the ISCA Labs for zero-day threats being 100% effective with 0% false positives.
They are easy to manage but do consider some outsourcing to guide you.
I think that regarding pricing, they are very competitive and they are integrated easily with any LDAP directory or Radius. Also, they have several options as an appliance or a virtual system.
Sophos XG330 HA or XG-430 HA - keep in mind future grow also, sophos have good features , as you understand good about cyberoam, features are good , Not to explaination as your using cyberoam. VPN , nd point security etc...

You may want to consider the Sophos XG210 or XG230. Both are above the spec's of the Cyberoam 200ing, but are the closest that Sophos would have to handle the requirement. Sophos does have a Vancouver office, so if you need assistance, they are very close and we have found extremely good to work with. We would be pleased to put you in contact with someone there that can assist you in your search.
I would suggest the UTM Fortinet with Bundle FortiCare. That will allow you that technical support. This security appliance has many interesting features that can be set according to your organization needs.

Ravindra, I'd be happy to delve into this a little deeper with an additional technical resource who would be more skilled at answering your question and who would also have a few more qualifying questions as well.
Firewalls are essential components of network security, acting as barriers between secure internal networks and potentially hazardous external connections. These tools monitor and control incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules.
Fortinet’s FortiGate E or F series or Sophos XG range - either of those are easy to manage and scalable..
I recommend Fortinet High-End F-Series firewalls. Fortinet Fortigate is a robust firewall and security device. They have different models depending upon number of users on the network, internet speed, UTM security & throughput needed. All their models are unlimited users license.

Check Fortinet. It provides faster l3 processing. Also with NGFW firewall you can get SDWAN features as well.
We can recommend Watchguard as a worthy alternative. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information
Depending on budget, Palo Alto 3000 series will be very helpful. If you want to discuss more on this, please contact me.

With my biased position (I am the founder & CEO of Roqos), I would like to recommend Roqos Core RC150 cellular cybersecurity appliance.

OmniNet www.omninet.io It's a simple and effective SASE solution (UTM and SDWAN)
Palo alto is the best.

you can get benefits of promo/ upgrade offer .
You can replace FG100E against CR200iNG and for information Cyberoam series already end of sales
I recommend Sonicwall. They have a very intuitive, and easy to use GUI interface and they have models to fit all sizes.
I would use the NSA4600 for 1000 users - there are 2 large models as well.

If I am not wrong base box 40f comes with 5GB throughput and also cost should be around 40k INR least price.
