I tried to think of any issues, but so far it seems we have had a seamless run of SAP Cloud Platform. I cannot think of what I would improve regarding my own work with it. However, I can point out something that can be confusing or difficult to master, especially if you are a beginner working with this product. That is the reporting - the solution offers various ways for reporting and if you do not know them in detail, you may not utilize the most useful ones for you. If they can clear that up and provide more insight for users, I do not think any other issues can be identified with SAP Cloud Platform.
Our associates have experienced errors with logging in the past and that is something I would improve on. SAP Cloud Platform works very well - its functions are useful and it contributes to our work. However, this issue, though not often, has happened. Sometimes we would get a standard error message but without any specification of where to look for it. This really is not a big deal, but it takes a longer time to locate the issue and resolve it, so if that could be improved, it would make the solution pretty much faultless. Beyond this, I do not have anything I would fix.
