I believe that because, while third-party vendors give you good solutions, the native platform knows its strengths and weaknesses and will create a better product for them. Having used this cloud storage gateway for some time now, and since I started as a bit of a beginner, I think it's not hard to put into use and it'll do good work for you and your data stored on AWS.
