Hi peers,
With Mulesoft, integrations are easy to implement and maintain. Also, with Mule4, it is more stable.
However, the higher cost of maintenance/licensing is making us think twice to continue with this platform. Oracle SOA has died because of the same reason.
In my opinion, Mulesoft should rethink its licensing cost structure. What are your thoughts? Any alternative solutions?
One of the oil giants started migrating to the Mulesoft Anypoint platform from their legacy integration platform only to realize at the midway that they couldn't bear the implementation cost anymore. As the API's got complex and started to demand more vCore, they halted any new development and deliberated to stay on the legacy platform for some more time.
So, obviously, Mulesoft should rethink on the pricing.
