I rate ABBYY Vantage eight out of 10. I would recommend it to others. We have some things we'd like to improve, but they will probably implement these improvements in the near future. ABBYY's machine learning requires a lot of training for some skills, but it's not much compared to other OCR tools. You can train a template using three or four samples, but with others, it has to go up to 10. The AI of other OCR tools is not good compared to ABBYY. However, they should add support for Arabic and Hebrew as soon as possible.
I would rate ABBYY nine out of ten. Our organization has 12 ABBYY users, including developers, project managers, and general administrative staff. Our target market isn't limited to a particular industry; rather, we focus on serving large-scale enterprise businesses, with a primary focus on the biggest players. It doesn't require any maintenance from our side. ABBYY offers competitive pricing and flexibility in their lease agreements. To help you decide, they'll provide a trial period and even generate a dummy invoice showing the estimated cost. I recommend ABBYY for large businesses and enterprise users, rather than just any document processing unit. It caters to high-end users who need the advanced features it offers.
I rate ABBYY Vantage 9 out of 10. It's one of the oldest and best-performing OCR tools on the market. There are some problems, but we can work through those with the ABBYY team. They've been great at responding to our challenges.
I recommend ABBYY Vantage to those who plan to use it in the future, especially if you deal with complex, semi-structured, or unstructured documents since it is a dependable tool that provides high accuracy. Suppose a user wants to use a product to segregate financial documents and needs a tool that provides very high accuracy, then my company recommends ABBYY Vantage. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.
Compared to most solutions, it is a good product. It has a lot of features. The extraction it provides is much better than any other vendor. Overall, I rate the tool a nine out of ten.
I give ABBYY Vantage an eight out of ten. We have over 1,000 people using the solution. ABBYY Vantage offers better language support compared to its competitors, and it also demonstrates good connectivity and accuracy. ABBYY Vantage is primarily designed as an enterprise-level solution that effectively fulfills OCR requirements. However, I do not suggest this solution for small companies or individuals.

I recommend ABBYY Vantage to those who are planning to use it. The major requirement considered by business partners is the access provided by the solution. They also want the tool to be user-friendly. The business partners want the solution to allow direct training without needing external vendors such as consultants or developers. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
Before choosing the solution, it is important to consider the value or ROI you will get for the money. There are open-source tools in the market that do the same things for free. AWS has a tool that is pretty much open source or one-tenth the cost of the solution. Google and Azure also have solutions. If you want a truly accurate and exact enterprise solution, then you might want to move to the solution. I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I chose ABBYY because it had more solutions for intelligence automation, and it looked like I could combine it with other automation solutions. We currently have 20 to 30 users. I recommend ABBYY FlexiCapture, and on a scale from one to ten with ten being the best, I would rate it at eight.

I would rate this solution as eight out of ten. There are some technical constraints, but if you can address those, then the solution is good to use. There are competitors, so I would like the ability to explore more options.
I rate this solution an eight out of ten. The solution is good and stable, but its overall integration could be improved. Our advice to customers will be to understand their business cases because it is attached to document processing, so there is a bundled cost with this product. It is necessary to understand the volumes and the documents being worked with. Understanding the volume and quality of documents that are being processed is necessary to ensure success.

It's more trial and error, but Abbyy is still really good in terms of OCR. If you have a consistent use case, then I think that Abbyy is the right fit. I would rate Abbyy Vantage an eight out of ten.
