We use Vantage for invoices and purchase orders. We have around eight members using it. It's good for the document types we use. I don't think we use many of the available skills. We use the invoices and purchase orders because that's what we need for our in-house product. We might use it in the future for remittances,
Our large scanning department receives documents from a variety of sources, including clients, suppliers, and others. We then standardize these documents by converting them into either electronic invoices or standardized PDF invoices. These are then uploaded to a web host, which transfers them to ABBYY for optical character recognition. Once converted to text, we extract relevant data from the invoices and transform it into an XML format. Finally, the XML data is sent to another service platform for further processing by a different provider. This provider reconstructs the invoices in a more consistent and detailed format.
We use ABBYY to extract data from PDF documents or images in any format. We process a lot of tax forms and support documentation for audits. ABBYY is used for reconciliation, invoice processing, and different segments of our business.

For ABBYY Vantage, we have access to various use cases involving different languages, primarily related to invoices. However, we have recently started receiving multiple types of documents, including those used for billing purposes in factories or warehouses. Therefore, we do not have a specific use case but multiple use cases for ABBYY Vantage.
Our most common use case is sales order and invoice processing. The solution is used for this processing very, very frequently. We also use the solution as an OCR or OTP character reader that extracts data from unsecured documents.

We use this solution for supplier invoice processing work. We started using it because we needed a solution for supplier invoice automation. The solution is deployed on-premises. There are about 20 end users.
Our primary use case for this solution is invoice processing. We have many different invoices on different maps so we use it as a tool to classify those documents and get the information that we enter into the SAP systems.
