Our customer has an API for payment gateway integration, and the solution provides very good security for that. The customer is satisfied, and the configuration and appliance are stable. I can scale that bigger appliance, and it is a seamless solution for the customer and us. I didn't face any challenges while integrating the solution into the existing system. When we sell the solution, we check the prerequisites, authentication, and integration requirements from the customer side. We check what kind of applications, authentication, and other things need to be integrated with the solution. We give the solution based on all those considerations so that we do not face any hurdles in the future. So, I didn't find any integration issues with the solution till now. The solution's deployment is very flexible. I'm able to create any kind of granular policy because of the solution's technology, configuration style, or language, which benefits customers. Before choosing the solution, users should check what kind of integration they want to do with it. Most integrations are available with Citrix Netscaler, but I would recommend checking all the authentication systems, like multi-factor authentication, before placing the order. I would recommend the solution to other users. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Some solutions are available on the cloud, while some are available on-premise. I will recommend the tool if the support issue is sorted out. Overall, I rate the tool a nine out of ten.

Having a robust load balancer like Citrix NetScaler is essential for our infrastructure. While there are other options like F5 and Azure load balancers, NetScaler stands out with its comprehensive features beyond just basic traffic routing, offering advanced functionalities like security controls, content switching, and application firewalling. Citrix NetScaler enhances our application delivery by intelligently directing traffic to healthy servers and services. It ensures that even if a server is up, but its services are down, traffic is rerouted to functioning servers, preventing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience. With built-in probes, it continuously monitors the health of services, identifying issues and optimizing traffic flow accordingly. The SSL upload feature in Citrix NetScaler has significantly improved our security by encrypting traffic and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the global server load balancing capability allows us to efficiently host multiple services behind a single static IP address, streamlining deployment and reducing the need for multiple certificates and IP addresses. The analytics and reporting capabilities of Citrix NetScaler have improved significantly in the past year. For those considering Citrix NetScaler, my advice is to research its capabilities thoroughly to understand which features align with your needs. Start by experimenting with one feature at a time and learn as you go to maximize its potential for your organization. Overall, I would rate Citrix NetScaler as a nine out of ten.
I'd rate Citrix Netscaler around 7.5 out of 10. For remote connectivity, I highly recommend it for its ease of use. As for analytics and reporting, it helps in decision-making. The main area for improvement is stability, which could be better.
Overall, I'd rate NetScaler a 9 out of 10. My advice to those considering it would be to ensure proper training before implementation, as learning it on your own can be challenging due to limited resources. Additionally, initial configuration should be handled by a professional to avoid potential issues.

I don't know about the maintenance part of the solution since the server we use in our company is operated from some other location. The global server load balancing feature of Citrix NetScaler has improved our company's application availability. I can recommend the product to those who plan to use it. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.
It is suitable for scenarios with minimal production traffic. However, in high-traffic situations, it is advisable to explore alternative solutions such as Wi-Fi or other options. Overall, I would rate it nine out of ten.
I would recommend using Citrix. Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten because every product has room for improvement. If I rated it a nine, it means there's almost no room for improvement, which is not entirely true. So, eight is a fair rating.

I give the solution a nine out of ten. We currently have 40 - 45 people using the solution. I recommend using an integrator that knows what they're doing. You need to validate the integrator's capabilities. I think it's a really, really solid, well-run, nice solution.
Whether this is a suitable solution depends on what the client's trying to achieve, the type of applications they want to publish, and the security metrics they're looking at. We provide predominantly Citrix-based solutions so if there is a use case, we would definitely recommend Citrix, not only because of its functionality, but because that's our specialization. We implement the full stack of Citrix solutions. Because of the functionality, scalability and stability of the solution as a whole, I rate ADC eight out of 10.
I would suggest that you use Citrix ADC, but you may need to watch out a bit for possible latency issues when you use some of their virtualization solutions. However, it's still good, compared to some other products. I would rate Citrix ADC at seven on a scale from one to ten.
My recommendation would strictly be to look forward to cloud native because of the operationality, scalability, and native integration in terms of the CI/CD pipeline or DevOps pipeline. It's quite easy if you do that. Then, if you consider using third-party tools like Citrix ADC, know that there are problems with native integration. In terms of capability, I would rate Citrix ADC at seven on a scale from one to ten.

My rating for this solution is ten out of ten. I think it is the best product ever. My recommendation is for customers here in Mexico to try it. I feel it is the best solution in the market, at least here in Mexico. My message to customers here is to try it and they'll never be disappointed with this magic box.

If they are going to use it with the VDI, it is a very good product, but it has weaknesses in application firewall development. So if they are going to only do load balancing in an SMB solution, it is a good product. But if they're consulting as an enterprise product and in a very large scale deployment enterprise, Citrix is not a complete solution. But for an SMB product and a basic cloud balance, it is a good product. On a scale of one to ten, I would give Citrix ADC a seven. It does what it does. It is a product for some simple tasks, but just not suitable for the complex tasks.

I would advise doing proper sizing and proper configuration to get the maximum benefits of this solution. I would rate Citrix ADC an eight out of ten. Everything is very good in this solution.
I would advise others to just go through and look at the requirements and the needs of the people you're supporting. I will always recommend doing a POC, just to make sure that the product that you're inquiring about or thinking about purchasing does what it says it does because you don't want to be oversold something and it under-delivers. I will always recommend doing some type of POC to test everything out. If it is in your budget, then I would say go with it. It has improved the way our organization functions. I have been very impressed with the direction in which Citrix is going. I got introduced to Workspace last year, and I attended the virtual SYNERGY conference. It was very impressive to see so many upcoming things that Citrix is working on. I noticed that VMware also has its version of Workspace, so I guess that's the new hot terminology to use. The Citrix solution is called Workspace, and the VMware solution is called Workspace ONE. I would rate Citrix ADC a nine out of ten. There's always room for improvement for any application. That's why they have different versions or a series of applications.

This solution can be deployed on-premises, public cloud, and private cloud. It's hybrid. It's a good product and I recommend it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
One platform for a consistent application delivery and security experience because nobody has time to learn multiple systems to manage ADC deployments. NetScaler is built with a single code base using a software-based architecture, so no matter which ADC form factor you choose — hardware, virtual machine, bare metal, or container — the behavior will be the same.
